Thank you for shopping with Neonik. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing timelines, delivery estimates, and related terms.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on neonik.in are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

During high-demand periods, sale events, public holidays, curfews, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, processing times may be extended. Neonik shall not be held liable for delays caused due to force majeure events or courier service disruptions.


2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on:

  • Customer’s shipping address and PIN code

  • Courier partner serviceability

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations or restrictions

  • Logistical disruptions

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Neonik offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes across India.

Mandatory Verification for COD Orders

To reduce fraudulent and fake orders:

  • All COD orders require confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp.

  • Orders will be dispatched only after successful verification.

  • If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Due to the verification process, COD orders may experience an additional 1–2 business days delay before dispatch.

Neonik reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders if verification fails.

  • Restrict or disable COD facility for customers with repeated order cancellations or misuse.


4. Prepaid Orders (Online Payments)

Orders placed using prepaid methods such as:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and do not require additional verification, resulting in faster processing.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Neonik reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order placement.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unavailability of the customer

  • Refusal to accept the order

the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues, Neonik shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

In rare cases of confirmed lost shipments, appropriate resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided after internal verification.
