Refund policy

At Neonik, we strive to provide quality products at competitive prices. This policy outlines the terms governing returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with applicable Indian laws.


1. Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you must raise a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended to support claims of damage, missing items, or defects.

Neonik reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund.


3. Mandatory Proof for Damaged / Wrong / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, defective product, wrong item, or item with missing components, you must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

  • Share the video along with images and order details via email at support@neonik.in within 5 days of delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products

  • Used or worn fashion items

  • Opened or used electronics

  • Used fitness equipment

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

Neonik reserves the right to determine return eligibility after inspection.


5. Return Approval Process

To initiate a return:

Email support@neonik.in within 5 days of delivery and mention:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Images and unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will review the request within 48 working hours. If approved, pickup will be arranged through our courier partner (where serviceable). If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be requested to ship the product to our designated address.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–15 working days.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer (customer must provide correct bank details)

Neonik shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.


7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is returned with damaged packaging

  • Accessories or parts are missing

  • The product shows signs of usage

The refund amount will be determined after inspection.


8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  • Email support@neonik.in

  • Provide order number and unboxing video

  • Mention the reason for exchange

A flat ₹150 shipping charge applies for exchanges. Exchange approval is subject to product condition and availability of replacement stock. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Neonik reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for customers with repeated cancellations or misuse.


10. Refusal of Returns

Neonik reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product fails quality inspection

  • The return request is made after 5 days

  • The item is found used or tampered

  • The claim is fraudulent or abusive in nature

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This business operates from Karnataka, India. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mysuru, Karnataka.
