🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

At Neonik, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 1. Return Policy (5-Day Window)

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery by emailing:

Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

🎥 2. Proof Requirement (Important)

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • A wrong product

  • Missing items

You must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

  • Clear photos of the issue

This helps us process your request quickly and protects both parties from misuse.

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the return request.

🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear & personal hygiene items

  • Used fashion products

  • Opened or used electronics

  • Used fitness products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

Neonik reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.

🔄 4. Exchange Policy (48 Hours)

Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email support@neonik.in

  2. Provide order number

  3. Share unboxing video (if applicable)

  4. Mention reason for exchange

A flat ₹150 shipping charge applies for exchanges.

Exchange approval depends on:

  • Product condition

  • Availability of replacement stock

If replacement is unavailable, refund may be offered at our discretion.

💰 5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is:

  • Received by our team

  • Inspected and approved

Refund will be initiated within 7–15 working days.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method.

  • COD Orders → Refunded via bank transfer (bank details required).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Neonik is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

❌ 6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order
    OR

  • Before the order is dispatched

Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Verification via call or WhatsApp is mandatory.

  • Orders not verified may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellations or misuse of COD facility may result in restriction or removal of COD option for future purchases.

⚠ 7. Right to Refuse Returns

Neonik reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product fails inspection.

  • The item is used or damaged.

  • The request is made after 5 days.

  • The claim is found to be fraudulent or abusive.

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer.

⚖ 8. Governing Law

This business operates from Karnataka, India.

All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
